Access to People Portal Roles



The People Portal allows users to search for property and people information.  Users can be provided with one of two levels of access:

Standard Access: user can access the Household Count Report and can perform searches using property based data elements (poll, unit class, roll number, etc.)  

Advanced Access: in addition to Standard Access tools, user can access the Population Report. User is also able to perform advanced searches using personal information data elements (name, date of birth, citizenship, etc.)

Local Administrators: to assign user access to the People Portal, please log into your admin portal, find the user's account, select the appropriate permission, and click save.


*Each category can be toggled on and off for access to each section.
