Address Correction Template (Municipal and Mailing Address Changes)

Address Correction Template (Municipal and Mailing Address Changes)

We have updated the Mailing/Municipal Address Template and Guide as of May 2021. This is an improvement to the version you received in early 2021. This new template allows us to further automate our process to ingest both mailing and municipal addressing submissions. It allows us to ensure we're following MFIPPA legislation surrounding the intake of mailing address change submissions - specifically pertaining to owner consent.

The updated template and instruction guide is attached if you have any issues downloading them please contact your local Account Support Coordinator or Account Manager.

Please note: the first column, Column A, has been hidden and is not required for the Mailing Address tab. Please begin entering your information into Column B - Consent from Owner.

Please continue to submit your template to the MPAC Central Processing Facility at cpf@mpac.ca mailbox on a monthly basis to ensure the data is updated in a timely manner.

Property owners can also change their mailing addresses online at https://www.mpac.ca/en/MakingChangesUpdates.
