The Analytic Dashboard can be accessed by clicking "Analytics" on the left hand toolbar.

The first three (3) cards/tiles below monitor changes to the property count, destination Current Value Assessment (CVA), current tax year (phased-in) assessment, since the return of the assessment roll for the selected municipality.

The Single Family Detached card/tile identifies the median assessment of a single family detached home for the selected municipality as well as the change in the median when compared to the previous tax year or between assessment base years.

The view also defaults to a chart view for the Assessment Change, and Typical Property change over the last several tax years.

Users can toggle between chart and table views.  The table view compares the assessment roll, as returned for the selected tax year, to assessment changes that are projected to affect the following year’s assessment roll.  Projected In-Year Assessment Change will fluctuate daily depending on current work (i.e. supplemental and omitted assessment, court decisions, new properties, etc)

The table view  has several options, that can be displayed by several different tax years, but defaults to a broad class view in the current tax year:

Users can also view by RTC/RTQ (Tax Class)

Property Type:

And Property Series:

Users can also download information from any chart by clicking the Download button, and selecting "Save as .cvs"
