Appeals Dashboard

This Appeals Dashboard shows an overview of the Number of Properties Under Appeals vs. the Total Number of appeals. You can toggle on and off either of the data elements by clicking on the title: 

The numbers on the axis to the left indicate the number of appeals outstanding or the number of properties with appeals. The Axis across the bottom indicates the years the appeals are outstanding and will go back as far in years as necessary for outstanding appeals. The chart above for example show there are 7 properties with appeals and 8 appeals outstanding for the 2017 tax year.

The top ten properties are also displayed for your municipality and will show to the right:

 

The table view will show a listing of Appeals by Roll Number and the amount of Appeals outstanding by the roll number:

You can click on the show more for more results or you can filter by a specific tax year. Once filtered accordingly, you can select a roll number to display the appeals information into the chart on the right:

 

In this chart you are capable of expanding the chart to show more information like the Realty Tax Class and Realty Tax Qualifier (RTC/RTQ).
