INTERNAL OPERATIONAL PURPOSES This is part of the CleanAir Partnership, under agreement from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, Green Municipal Fund Grant Agreement that allows municipalities to offer rebates to property owners who upgrade their structures/appliances etc. that are energy-efficient. Consultants may access this MPAC data solely for their respective internal uses to assist Customer with the Green Municipal Fund Grant Agreement program for which they have been retained including creating a database of potential Green Municipal Fund Grant Agreement through a combination of Product and third party data, and for no other purposes, provided that such Consultant has entered into a written agreement with Customer which complies with the Data Terms and Conditions of Use. |
