How to Download and Get a Password for a Product

My Products contains a list of downloadable products based on user’s credentials assigned by their local Municipal Connect Administrator. 

Choose the download button to export product to your local drive.

Choose the Get Email Password or Get Text Password (based on your preference).

Choose ‘Save As’ from the pop-up window.

Select the drive and folder where to save the .zip file. ‘File Name’ and ‘Save As’ fields are always pre-populated. Click ‘Save’.  

After clicking ‘Open’ from the download status bar menu, double click the file to be opened. The ‘Password needed’ box appears where the user can enter the product password.

An e-mail will be sent to the user's inbox.

Either copy and paste or type the code in the password window box to open the file and click ‘OK’
