Interactive Assessment Change Chart
To view the Interactive Assessment Change Chart, click on the Analytics tab on the left hand menu. The chart can be adjusted by clicking on the elements you want to see displayed.
For example, to compare Phased-in CVA and Destination CVA only, click on the property count to remove it from view:
Tips and Tricks
• This table provides phase-in information by tax year.
• The column "Today” reflects assessment changes since Roll Return.
• The column "Projected" shows what we are projecting the outcome for this year to be at roll return.
• If you hover on or over a point in the chart or on a bar, it will provide you with the exact detail for that point in time.
• To see more details, click the "Table" view at the top of the Chart.
