MPAC Data Use for Municipal Contractors and Service Providers
Any contracted agent of a municipality that is engaged in a planning activity on behalf of the municipality may access and use MPAC information when required in connection with the planning activity. Contracts safe-guard MPAC information and ensure use is restricted to planning purposes related to the municipally contracted work.
