Municipal Sales Listing (MSL)
The Municipal Sales Listing (MSL) is a bi-weekly report that contains a list of all the property sales that were keyed in to MPAC's systems during the related two-week period. It identifies the property that sold, the previous owners, the new owners, mailing address and the details of the sale. The MSL is delivered in .txt and .pfd, and enables municipalities to update their internal databases with mailing addresses, reference sales for analytical purposes, and monitor market activity within their municipality.
