How to Submit a Charitable Rebate Application

Here you can find the step-by-step instruction on how to submit a Charitable Rebate Application into the My Work portal.

When submitting a Charitable Rebate Application:

1. Log onto Municipal Connect / My Work and proceed to the Create New screen.

2. From the “Work Object Type” drop down menu, select Municipal Enquiry and proceed to enter
the roll number for the specific property.
      








3. Under Enquiry enter the following:
  1. Category: Municipal Act / City of Toronto Act / Provincial Land Tax
  2. Topic: Charitable Rebate Application OR Ethno-Cultural, Heritage, Veteran Application
  3. Tax Year application is for
  4. Question (mandatory field) Can just say ‘Charitable Rebate Application for processing’
  5. Attachments (upload mandatory documentation) 
















4. Once all of the fields have been entered and your document(s) has been successfully uploaded you can submit your submission.

5. Click Submit:



6. Once completed, MPAC will send your application back via My Work and the "no-reply" email.
