The Payment-In-Lieu Property Report (PIL) is a listing of all properties eligible for government payment-in-lieu of taxes. The PIL Report listing is produced as notice for properties owned/tenanted by grant paying agencies instead of a Property Assessment Notice (PAN). The report is automatically produced regardless of whether a change has been made to the current assessment roll. This report is delivered annually in hardcopy.
