People Portal User Guide

Welcome to the new user experience for People Portal. The data and functionality remain the same, with a new modern look and feel.

General Information
Previously titled “Basic Search”, users can search the People Portal using basic or enhanced criteria, based on their level of access. Users with Standard Access can conduct a General Information search using the following search criteria.

Users with Enhanced Access have the added option of conducting a General Information search by name. Previously titled “Custom Query”, users with Enhanced Access are also able to conduct custom searches using three additional drop-down menus, Personal Information, Property Information and Database.

Reports
All template reports are visible on the landing page of the People Portal.

Users with Standard and Enhanced Access can view and export the Household Counts Report.

Search Results
Three buttons are available after a list of search results is generated to assist users with reviewing their results.

Columns
Toggle columns on and off


Personal Information
Toggle personal information, such as owner name and birth date, on and off


Export
Exports search results in excel (.xlsx) or text (.txt) format


Returning to Search Results
Certain data fields within the displayed results may have embedded links (i.e. roll numbers) to drill down into the data.

Back – returns the user to the search screen to begin a new search.

Back To List – returns the user to their search results to continue their investigation of other roll numbers.
