Roles and Responsibilities - Compliance Governor

The Compliance Governor is responsible for ensuring Municipal Connect use is in accordance with MPAC's Use Agreement and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and other regulatory and statutory requirements.  Generally, Municipal Clerk's are suited for this role given their knowledge of statutory requirements.
