How to Search User Profiles in the Admin Portal

Basic Search

To view all user profiles within your municipality, click on the drop-down arrow beside your name in the upper right-hand corner of the Municipal Connect tool bar. Select Admin. This will bring you to the Admin page where you will see a list of all users. 

You also have the ability to search for a contact in the search bar by entering any of the following: 

• First Name 

• Last Name

• Email Address

  

If there are no search results for the entry, a dialogue box will appear indicating “no users”

You may now create an account for this user if necessary or you have confirmed no account exists.
