Submitting Building Plans in My Work
Adding the building plans functionality into My Work allows Municipalities to send their building plans electronically, eliminating the need for MPAC staff to physically visit the respective municipal offices.
Instructions
1. Log onto Municipal Connect, click on the 'MY Work' tab located on you left hand menu and proceed to the screen. 2. From the “Work Object Type” drop down menu, select Municipal Enquiry and proceed to enter the roll number for the specific property. Once you have entered the roll number, you will be provided with the Property Summary information. This will give you complete property details.

Under Enquiry enter- Category: Building Permits
- Topic: Building Plans
- Building Permit Number
- Occupancy Date (the date the property owner has moved into the property - if available)
- Question (optional field)
- Attachments (upload mandatory documentation)
Once all of the fields have been entered and your document(s) has been successfully uploaded you can save your submission.
4. Click Submit

You can verify your attachment was uploaded by searching your work objects. You may also receive an email indicating the building plan has been received.
