Tax Incentive Approval Letter (TIA)
MPAC sends Tax Incentive Approval (TIA) notices to advise property owners of a Ministry approved class change(s) for the Farm Property Tax Class Program, Conservation Land Tax Incentive Program or Managed Forest Tax Incentive Program. The notice includes revised values and phase-in values for the applicable tax year. Notices are posted monthly to My Products as .pdf files and allow municipalities to adjust their tax and billing systems to reflect revised Current Value Assessment (CVA) and phase-in values.
