Multiple Enquiries for the Same Roll Number
If submitting multiple enquiry questions for one roll number, as separate enquiry entries, you will receive individual responses to those entries/questions as the information is available. Which means you may receive one answer well before another - all within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines.
