Access to Personal Information Role

The Personal Information Role can be assigned to any user requiring access to the following categories:

  1. Owner Name
  2. Mailing Address
  3. Transferor Name
  4. Tenant Name (Located on Property Reports)

To further protect personal information, this feature can be enabled or disabled depending on a user’s current system requirements.

Please contact your local administrator if you require access to this functionality.

Click the icon in the top right corner to reveal the personal information:



Local Administrators: can assign this functionality in the admin portal.  First find the user's account, select the personal information checkbox, and click save.
Users will need to log out and back in to see the changes.
