Post Roll Amended Notice (PRAN)
Post Roll Amended Notices (PRANs) are
issued monthly to correct factual errors in the assessment or classification
which have been identified after roll closure. Correction to data that is
considered subjective, (based on opinion, judgement or assumptions) cannot be
corrected using a PRAN.
PRANs are issued in .pdf and .xlsx formats to
correct any information on a property Assessment Notice (PAN), Property
Assessment Change Notice (PACN), Amended Notice, Special Amended Notice (SAN),
or another PRAN.
