MPAC Data Products are subject to the terms of the Data Sharing and Services
Agreement between the Municipality and MPAC, including the Data Terms and
Conditions of Use. Users shall read and
agree to the Data Terms and Conditions of Use prior to accessing MPAC Data

| NOTIFICATION LIST FOR PLANNING PURPOSES

Description
|
In the instance where the municipality is required to notify
property owners by standard mail, MPAC will provide the following data
elements, where available, relating to all identified properties located
within the described boundaries, within the municipal jurisdiction:
Owner name, complete mailing address, including postal code, OR,
Occupant name, complete mailing address, including postal code.
The following data can be included at the property level, for
validation purposes:
- Assessment Roll Number
- Municipal Address
- Property Code
- Property Code Description
- Tax Class RTC/RTQ

Permitted Uses
| INTERNAL PLANNING PURPOSES
For internal planning purposes relating to the creation of a
property owner or occupant mailing list used for the purpose of notifying
property owners about (but not limited to) the planning stage of a municipal
project or initiative.

Format
|
Password-protected .xlsx format.
|
Delivery Frequency
|
As agreed to by the Parties, which shall be no more frequent than
annually.
