People Portal - Basic Search
People portal is defaulted to the Basic Search tool, which is available to both "Standard" and "Enhanced" users.
"Enhanced Users" can search by roll number, name, street number ranges, street names, unit number ranges, and postal codes
"Standard Users" cannot search by name.
