SLA - New Assessment Report (SLA_NAR)

SLA - New Assessment Report (SLA_NAR)

The New Assessment Report (SLA_NAR) is delivered annually and compares actual versus forecasted new assessment growth. It sets out MPAC's forecasted increase to the assessed value of each Property Category during each of the immediately preceding five calendar quarters directly resulting from building permits.  It also shows MPAC's forecasted increase to the assessed value of each Property Category, and the Quarterly Accuracy Performance for each quarter during the calendar year.

The report is posted to My Products under the name SLA_NAR.
