MPAC will provide the following data elements, where available, relating to all identified properties located within the municipal boundary: o Property Codes § Commercial Industrial is 400-599 § ICI Condominium is 475, 476, 575 § Multi Residential is 340,341,352,470,472 § Residential Condominium is 370 § Residential is 300’s o Commercial/Industrial Properties § Assessment Roll Number § Property Code and Description § Locational Address § Total Square Footage/Gross Leasable Area of structure on the property (all structure combined) § Year Built of the Largest Structure § Building Permit Details on File Since 2016; including date and description of permit work being completed o
ICI Condominium Properties § # of units on Ground Parcel § Total GLA on Ground Parcel o Multi-Residential Properties § Assessment Roll Number § Property Code and Description § Locational Address § Suite Mix Breakdown (# bachelor, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom….) § Year Built (where available) § Number of Units § Estimated Floor Area of all units combined (based on an algorithm of estimated standard size units) § Building Permit Details on File Since 2016; including date and description of permit work being completed o Residential Condominium Properties § Assessment Roll Number § Locational Address § Property Code & Description § Year Built § Total Area of the Unit § Ground Parcel Roll Number (used to identify units in the same development and locate on the Ontario Parcel) § # of Units in the Condominium Development § Total Floor Area of all units in the Condominium Development combined o Climate Change Action Plan § Residential: · Property Type · Property Code · Structure Code · Year Built · Floor Area · If possible: attFlagAirCondition_1 (if AC is present) and attTypeHeating_1 (Heating Type)

Permitted Uses |
INTERNAL PLANNING PURPOSES AND INTERNAL OPERATIONAL PURPOSES: Planning and administration of municipality climate action plans, municipality energy plans and municipality energy programs. Consultants may access this MPAC data solely for their respective internal uses to assist Customer in developing Customer’s climate action plans, energy plans and energy programs for which they have been retained and for no other purposes, provided that such Consultant has entered into a written agreement with Customer which complies with the Data Terms and Conditions of Use. EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION PURPOSES: Energy
models and energy plans containing aggregations of MPAC data at the municipal
level may be used to engage communities in energy conservation initiatives,
provided that raw MPAC data cannot be reverse engineered from such energy
models and energy plans.
