Electronic Assessment Information – Roll (EAIROL)

The Electronic Assessment Information - Roll (EAIROL) file provides municipalities with bulk data information that is reflected on the annual Assessment Roll and can be used to update their tax system. This file will provide updated sales, structure, general property, names and soil information at roll close.

The EAIROL is uploaded to My Products annually at the same time as the Year-End Tax File. The EAIROL file contains five (5) .txt files that are formatted to be easily extracted or merged with your municipal databases.

**Please note: that this EAIROL file is not the same as the EAI File; with this EAIROL there are no limits to the number of municipal downloads for this EAIROL file.  

A zipped (.zip) copy of the EAI file will download to your computer including a general, name, sale, soil, and structure file:
