Municipal Connect Data Refresh Schedule

Municipal Connect Data Refresh Schedule

MPAC’s data is refreshed nightly with up to two days lag, based on the volume of data that has changed on any given day.

For example, if information is keyed by MPAC staff on Monday, and can be processed before the beginning of business day on Tuesday, the municipality will see that change on Tuesday. During heavier keying periods, to avoid any changes appearing mid-day, MPAC may choose to hold them until end of day Tuesday, so it may not appear to a municipality until the following day (Wednesday).

The data refresh date is displayed at the bottom of the left-hand tool bar:

Sales data continues to have a 10-day lag, as per the Data Sharing Agreement with Teranet. For more information about which data fall under the Data Sharing Agreement with Teranet, please see “What is Licensed Data and Which Data is Licensed?”.

Appeals and Request for Reconsideration related data is refreshed weekly. (Not shown)

People data (found on the People Portal) is refreshed on a bi-weekly basis.
*The People Portal data refresh date is displayed on the top right-hand corner of the window.
