Description

MPAC will provide the following data elements, where available, relating to all identified properties and properties where property owners have applied for STA licenses located within the municipal boundary:

  1. Street Address / Municipal Address
  2. Roll Number
  3. Locational Postal Code
  4. Lot Size (actual) Lot Size Unit of Measure
  5. Effective Lot Size
  6. Effective Lot Size Unit of Measure
  7. Building Size of Primary Structure
  8. Number of Stories, of Primary Structure
  9. Number of part Stories, of Primary Structure
  10. Part Storey Description
  11. Number of Bathrooms  
  12. Number of Bedrooms   
  13. Garage Type     
  14. Number of RU, RDU and FRU each property  Number of Units for Multi-Res

Permitted Uses

INTERNAL PLANNING PURPOSES AND INTERNAL OPERATIONAL PURPOSES

  1.  Internal planning purposes relating to the creation of a short term accommodation (“STA”) licensing program.
  2.  Ongoing monitoring, administering, reviewing and reporting of the STA licensing program.
  3. Consultants may access this MPAC data solely for their respective internal uses to assist Customer with the STA licensing program for which they have been retained including creating a database of potential STAs through a combination of Product and third party data, and for no other purposes, provided that such Consultant has entered into a written agreement with Customer which complies with the Data Terms and Conditions of Use.

Delivery Frequency

As agreed to by the Parties, which shall be no more frequent than annually.
